• Four jacks, one each corner for camper stability...
• Separate dining area and separate dancing {storage area}...
• Has 6 big windows with screens and privacy windows with double zippers...
• Two side windows have 2 black out see through windows as well with double zippers... Can see out, can't see in...
• Time Out Camper has 16 cubic feet of cargo area when folded up. Deluxe has 23 cubic feet...
• Comes with a folding table, chair and air mattress...  
• There is also provision in tent for a AC unit by table if needed...
• Zipper in tent to reach out to retrieve item from cooler...
• Trailer is low profile when in tow with a hardtop... 
• Twenty pounds of tongue weight...
• Set up time from trailer to completely up, three to four minutes.
• Tent is all attached to poles that just swings up and locks in place...
• Floor rated for 2,000 pounds. Bed area 1,000 pounds.
• Has 6 foot 8 inches head room in center by table...
• 5 wire flat plug comes with trailer and also for vehicle...
• Independent torsion suspension...
• Each side of tent has eyelet front, center and back. This is incase your camping in extreme windy conditions can anchor to ground...

• Time Out Camper and Easy Camp both offer you totally off the ground camping with a 3 minute set up time... When folded up 16 cubic feet of cargo access is easy to get to and the top is hard...

• For blue tent material is the same. weather-proof and will not rip or tear... The roof material is vinyl but the color for 2012 is a lite grey instead of white as all photos show...
